These Terms of Use apply when you access or use WyldAPI, a service operated by WyldCode. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We allow generous usage, but we ask that you don't abuse the system. That includes:
We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce limits to maintain platform performance and fairness for all users.
We do our best to keep WyldAPI online and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages.
We may add, change, or remove APIs at any time. We'll aim to give notice before removing anything that's widely used or breaking compatibility, especially on paid endpoints.
You may not use WyldAPI to:

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or security issues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WyldCode and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the WyldAPI platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including those of Canada, the United States, and any other relevant jurisdictions. You may not use, export, or re-export WyldAPI services in violation of these laws or to any jurisdiction or person prohibited under applicable laws or regulations, including those related to encryption or sanctions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WyldCode and its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
WyldCode is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, acts of government, labor disputes, internet outages, denial of service attacks, cloud service failures, or other technical failures beyond our control.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version and revise the “Updated” date above. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice of material changes. Your continued use of WyldAPI after changes go into effect means you accept the updated Terms.

WyldAPI is not designed or intended to be used in regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance, or critical infrastructure without independent verification. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in those fields.
WyldAPI is intended for general-purpose use by developers. It is your responsibility to validate all outputs before relying on them in production. WyldCode provides the service "as-is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
