Account & Access

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use WyldAPI. You are responsible for keeping your account and API keys secure. Don't share your keys publicly or with anyone you don't trust.
• You may create and manage up to three API keys per account.
• You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or API keys.

Fair Use

We allow generous usage, but we ask that you don't abuse the system. That includes:

• Making excessive or automated requests that degrade service for others.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or credit usage
• Using the platform for anything malicious or illegal.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce limits to maintain platform performance and fairness for all users.

Free & Paid Features

• Some features are free and don't require an account.
• Paid APIs use a credit system, with pricing listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. Credits can be topped up manually through your dashboard.
• We do not offer refunds for used credits unless there is a confirmed issue on our side.

Uptime & Availability

We do our best to keep WyldAPI online and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages.

Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove APIs at any time. We'll aim to give notice before removing anything that's widely used or breaking compatibility, especially on paid endpoints.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use WyldAPI to:

• Build a competing API or service that mirrors or substantially replicates WyldAPI functionality.
• Harvest or scrape data at scale.
• Access APIs using scripts or automation beyond documented limits.
• Engage in illegal, deceptive, or harmful behavior, including phishing or impersonation.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or legal action, in response to prohibited use.

Your Data

For details on how we collect, use, and store your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy . You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WyldAPI complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws in your jurisdiction

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or security issues.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WyldCode and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the WyldAPI platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including those of Canada, the United States, and any other relevant jurisdictions. You may not use, export, or re-export WyldAPI services in violation of these laws or to any jurisdiction or person prohibited under applicable laws or regulations, including those related to encryption or sanctions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WyldCode and its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the WyldAPI platform;
• any conduct or content of any third party;
• unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Force Majeure

WyldCode is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, acts of government, labor disputes, internet outages, denial of service attacks, cloud service failures, or other technical failures beyond our control.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version and revise the “Updated” date above. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice of material changes. Your continued use of WyldAPI after changes go into effect means you accept the updated Terms.

WyldAPI is not designed or intended to be used in regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance, or critical infrastructure without independent verification. WyldCode provides the service "as-is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
